Happy 40th Mike! A Crater Expedition...

Mike Cook, Tim Winstone and Geoff Leyland ventured to the crater in perfect weather on 6th September, bringing back some fantastic photos.

What a great way to celebrate a significant brithday!
Our three intrepid explorers went up to the crater, down Te Heu Heu face, down the Pinnacles chutes, then out to Black Magic out past the Far West T Bar.
Afterthey walked up to the crater & took some photos, they walked up to the Dome Shelter.
Some TSC habits linger! Just for fun, we added to our photo gallery a pic taken nearly 60 years ago of a TSC member's parents doing just about the same thing....
